Brian M. Yount has been involved in the appraisal industry since 2003 and is the owner of a local, full service appraisal company serving Butte & Glenn Counties. He previously assisted in establishing ACJ Appraisal Service and oversaw internal review.
He has appraisal experience in single family residences, manufactured housing, 2-4 unit income property, rural and residential acreage property, “off-grid” homes, as well as complex residential estates. Brian Yount holds a “Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser” License, issued by the State of California (License #AR043745) and is FHA/HUD Approved.
